What we collect

This website does not ask you to create an account. When you use “Start a project”, your answers are put together on your own device and only reach us when you send them: on WhatsApp, or, if you ask us to reply by email, through a form that delivers your brief to our inbox. Briefs sent through the form are stored by our website host, Netlify, so we can read and reply to them. When you call, message or email us, we receive the details you share.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, discuss your project and, if we work together, deliver it. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are visited, so we can improve the website. This does not identify you personally.

WhatsApp and other services

Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Links to Instagram take you to that service, which has its own policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by calling or messaging us on +91 97485 70061 or emailing designhoodindia@gmail.com.
